Many rock and country stars have played to huge crowds at Flora-Bama. Flora-Bama is loved by the likes of Kenney Chesney, Kid Rock, Jason Aldean, Jimmy Buffet and celebrities like Kenny Stabler, Peyton Manning, John Grisham and many more.

During the day, all ages are welcome at the main Flora-Bama bar and restaurant complex on the Gulf side, but after 6 p.m., it is restricted to guests 18 and older and there is a $5 cover charge. The Yacht Club and Ole River Grill across the street are family-friendly all the time and never have a cover charge.


How many bars does Flora-Bama have?


The Flora-Bama sports a package store, full-service restaurant, five full-service bars and more than 40 indoor restrooms. The now famous Mullet Toss event began in 1986 when musician Jimmy Louis came up with the idea based on a cow chip throwing event he witnessed in Oklahoma.
