Of course, to be fair, Navarre Beach is the sleepiest of them all with just a handful of hotels and restaurants and zero traffic. But for my money, Pensacola Beach has the ideal laid-back beach town vibe. From small, locally owned shops to just the right number of restaurants and nightlife options.
